With the Rapid Response Protein Expression Service, Genlantis will express and isolate total recombinant protein (soluble + insoluble) from any E. coli expression vector (e.g., pET, pBAD) that contains a polyhistidine tag.  Total protein will be provided from either a minimum 1 liter culture, or pilot expression scale (6 conditions) to optimize expression levels. The cost of the pilot scale is applied towards a larger production scale. The proteins made from this service are guaranteed to be at least 50% pure.
