Description
The epiTAP Express™ System contains a promoter sequence that automatically
adds an HA tag to the 5' end of TAP Express™-amplified genes (Figure 1).
This HA epitope tag makes it possible to rapidly screen hundreds of genes for
intracellular localization studies in as little as one day. The epiTAP
Express™ System enhances the speed and ease of high-throughput screening
applications such as: antigen screening from complex organisms, screening of
cDNA libraries for identification of genes with pharmacological activity, studying
intracellular localization of genes, and many other functional genomics applications.

Storage
The epiTAP Express™ rapid gene expression kit is shipped frozen.
For maximum stability and long-term use, store all reagent tubes at -20ºC upon
receipt. Stable for 6 months when stored properly.
